Manufacturing Standards Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business to ensure the products and manufacturing processes meet specific industry and customer expectations. This permanent role is located in Herefordshire and involves maintaining quality and safety systems, verifying product compliance to relevant internal and external standards, and assisting the business to continuously improve its manufacturing standards and compliance.
Salary and Benefits:
This role comes with a competitive salary of £30k - £33k, depending on experience, and includes a discretionary bonus. The company also offers an excellent benefits package, including 22 days' annual leave, increasing by one day after five years and a further day after ten years, along with life assurance and access to an employee benefits platform available to family members.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Prior SHEQ experience within a fast-paced factory environment, with specific focus on quality management, is essential. Additionally, requirements include IOSH Managing Safety certification, experience in problem-solving techniques, and knowledge of lean six sigma and experience of 5s implementation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience working within a continuous manufacturing environment are also advantageous.
