Job Title: Health and Safety Executive

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Health and Safety Executive to join a market-leading company that values innovation, sustainability, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide expert advice on Health and Safety related issues and act as the primary point of contact for Health and Safety matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Health and Safety considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
Requirements:
  • IOSH Certificate or Diploma.
  • Demonstrable and proven track record in the use of Quality tools such as 8D, FEMEA, Ishikawa, Root cause, Kaizen/Six Sigma & 5Y associated Quality tools.
  • Knowledgeable understanding of ISO 9001 and adherence to additional standards, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
What We Offer:
  • Up to £42,000 basic salary.
  • Performance Profit Related Bonus (PPRP) - a discretionary bonus of around 8% of salary paid annually.
