Job Description: Client Services Director

Pareto Facilities Management is looking for a highly skilled Client Services Director to oversee the delivery of exceptional service to our clients in the South of the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with statutory HSE regulations, and promoting a culture of health, safety, and welfare.

This role involves spearheading environmental projects and strategies, leading on the implementation of sustainability initiatives across the business, and presenting facilities management reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics using data analysis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in vendor management, on boarding and off boarding, negotiation, and conducting audits.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships and networks across and outside the business, and be willing to take ownership for leading through change and adapting plans to take account of changing situations.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
