The Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a highly respected and experienced team, driving business growth and maximizing existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans to address deficits.
  2. Managing client relationships, driving joint business plans, and presenting business performance at client meetings.
  3. Developing operational solutions to increase warranty sales and improve best business practices.
  4. Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Domestic & General's warranty business and systems, applying this expertise to enhance business processes.
  5. Supporting the Account Manager with routine responsibilities, tasks, and projects.
  6. Reporting monthly on new business and renewals against budget and other business performance indicators.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Clients account management or similar experience.
  • An effective relationship-building approach.
