Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care professional to join our team at t2 Group. As a Personal Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners to achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular visits with learners to provide guidance and support in achieving their qualifications.
  2. Deliver effective teaching and learning sessions to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours as defined in the apprenticeship standards.
  3. Ensure timely submission and assessment of learner evidence to demonstrate progression.
  4. Carry out observations of learner practice in the workplace to assess their competence.
  5. Support learners in achieving their maths and English Functional Skills.
  6. Assist learners in successfully passing End Point Assessment.
  7. Promote and safeguard learner health and wellbeing, and report any safeguarding concerns.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant vocational experience in adult/elderly health and social care, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities at a Senior Carer level or above.
  2. Health and social care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5.
  3. Good English and maths skills, preferably to GCSE level or equivalent.
  4. Experience of working in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines.
  5. Ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management, organisation, and planning skills.
  6. Strong communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Excellent IT skills to navigate internal applications and use Microsoft packages.
