Job Description

Role: The Emerald Group is seeking an experienced Actuarial Consultant to take a lead delivery role in managing small teams across various client projects, including IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations, finance transformations, and company mergers and acquisitions.

About the Role

This position requires a fully qualified actuary with experience in a Life Actuarial function or life consultancy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a consultancy or be a qualified actuary from within the industry, able to demonstrate their ability to support senior management in cultivating and maintaining target client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting IFRS 17 impact assessments, leading IFRS 17 implementation projects, providing actuarial expertise on finance transformation projects, helping companies with their capital models, and supporting audit colleagues.
