Job Title: Head of Dentistry and Maxilla-Facial Surgery

We are seeking an experienced Dentistry and Maxilla-Facial Specialist to join our team as the Head of Dentistry and Maxilla-Facial Surgery at Southfields Veterinary Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our Dentistry service and work collaboratively with our leadership teams to build the infrastructure and recruit supporting teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services as a consultant
  • Work with the team to develop the Dentistry and Maxilla-Facial Service
  • Support and develop the team
  • Work collaboratively with all other services and foster good relationships
  • Develop new ways of working and SOP's within our new centre
  • Demonstrate professional standards that will advance patient care
  • Be an ambassador for the team
Requirements:
  • Right to work in UK or ability to apply
  • Membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and professional approach
