School Support Role:

Uniform Education is recruiting an experienced Learning Support Coordinator to work within our SEN school setting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist students with SEN in achieving their educational goals, using innovative and effective strategies to promote engagement and motivation.
  • To collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring our students receive tailored support and resources.
  • To contribute to a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional well-being among students and colleagues alike.

About You:

  • A DBS on the Update Service is required.
  • Experience working with SEN students is essential; relevant qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
  • You should possess strong organizational and time management skills, being able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £18,700 - £22,100 per annum, based on a 39-week contract.
