Physician Health Specialist Role

SJB Medical Careers invites applications from qualified Physician Health Specialists to join our team as a Functional Assessor. In this role, you will assess individuals and determine how their disabilities or conditions affect their ability to work.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments.
  • Prepare detailed reports for the DWP.
  • Engage with clients via face-to-face meetings and video/telephone calls.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Paramedicine.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package:

  • Annual salary: £38,000 - £42,000, with an additional £2,000 after one year.
  • Up to 10% ongoing bonus.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangement.
