The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to extended hours coverage, assessing the healthcare needs of patients, making professional and autonomous decisions, screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness, developing care plans in consultation with patients, recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes, prescribing in accordance with the practice formulary, and providing counselling and health education.

Qualifications and Experience
