About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Responsive Maintenance Division, working from our Finsbury Park office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing commercial reports, managing quotations, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Manage the receipt and assessment of quotations for materials, equipment, and sub-subcontract works.">
  • Complete site measurements and ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you must have a full UK driving licence and excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to work under a Project Surveyor and as part of a team, with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
