Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-commerce Assistant Manager to join our team at Just IT Recruitment. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for maintaining our website, conducting keyword research, and analyzing Google Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with social media, HTML, SEO, and CSS, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our website with up-to-date products and pricing information
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze Google Analytics
  • Support the back-end and front-end of our website
  • Create engaging blog posts
  • Conduct market research on products
  • Produce promotional materials, including leaflets and company brochures
  • Assist with customer inquiries over the phone and face-to-face
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Prepare quotations
  • Assist with product videos for YouTube
  • Process sales orders and website orders

Requirements:

  • PC/IT literate
  • Knowledge of HTML, SEO, CSS (advantageous)
  • Great verbal and written communications skills
  • Flair for descriptive/creative writing
  • Significant experience with social media
  • Professional and courteous manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and outgoing team player
  • Quick learner

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 per annum
