Assistant Lodge Services Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Lodge Services Manager to join our team at Macdonald Elmers Court Hotel & Resort.

As a key member of our lodge services team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the lodge, including supervising and coordinating the activities of the lodge services staff, conducting regular inspections of lodge facilities, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

With excellent communication skills and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service, you will ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. You will also be expected to train, mentor, and evaluate lodge services staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel or hospitality management, with a strong knowledge of lodge procedures, cleaning products, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
