Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable institution as a Construction Apprenticeship Coach. The role involves guiding apprentices through their T1, T2, and T3 construction qualifications, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with 30 apprentices in the area who are going through their T1, T2, and T3 construction qualifications.
- Mentor these apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers.
Requirements:
- Live within a 15 miles radius of Cambridge.
- Have a background in Construction.
