About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Assistant to join our team at HR Services and Solutions. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Client Managers and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and dedicated administrative support to Advisers, including managing their diaries and arranging client meetings.
  • Ensure the processing of client advice is not held up by contacting clients and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting packs and papers, and ensure they are ready for client appointments.
  • Process new business, key illustrations, projections, and valuations, and raise invoices where required.
  • Comply with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the Company.
  • Action post in and out, sort, prioritize, scan, and refer to appropriate advisers as and when applicable within acceptable time scales.
  • Prioritize and action all activity entries allocated for clients, taking into consideration all work being undertaken for allocated clients.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a financial services environment.
  • Experience of dealing directly with customers.
  • Experience of being a first point of contact for advisers.
  • Ability to manage diaries/booking client meetings.
  • Good meet and greet clients/guests skills.
  • Ability to support team members and work as a one team mentality.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Curo and Dynamic Planner.
  • Oversight and data quality monitoring experience.
