About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a luxury nursing home in Knutsford, Cheshire. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in managing the home's operations, including overseeing the care staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring continuity of care and management.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Work closely with external care professionals, families, and visitors to ensure excellent care and communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellent care and management.
Requirements:
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
