We are seeking a Demand and Supply Planning Manager to join our team on a Fixed-Term Contract. In this role, you'll drive stock availability and optimize supply planning to align with our commercial goals, forecasting NPD launches and coordinating across categories, SKUs, regions, and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Critical Path / Delivery Schedule, ensuring the right decisions are made on the transit of stock (MDA)
  • Ensure stock is hitting our forward requirements and OTB is spent correctly, creating and justifying annual stock targets
  • Own the REFY stock position, creating stock targets, analysing stock performance and ensuring we are turning on sufficient cover without being overstocked

Annual planning of stock targets by SKU, accounting for Hero, Rising Star and A/B SKU's. Create stock turn targets that allow for the efficient turning of stock from asset into revenue without compromising availability.

Ensure stock (demand) is planned to fulfil our commercial plans for both DTC and Retail partners, and use monthly re-forecasting meetings to align with the wider business commercial plans.

A minimum of 7 years experience working within a Demand Planning, Merchandising or stock forecasting background. Strong Excel skills (will need to work with complex spreadsheets and this is essential to the role). Data driven and numerical.
