Resident Liaison Officer

Our client, a leading social housing refurbishment contractor, is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building customer confidence and explaining all aspects of improvement work to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make initial contact with residents to explain the improvement work and address any concerns
- Build customer confidence and establish a positive relationship with residents
- Identify resident needs and preferences, including working parents, shift patterns, and health issues
- Attend open forum client/management meetings to discuss resident concerns and feedback
- Book appointments with residents to discuss improvement work and provide updates
- Visit residents with a portfolio of relevant works and design briefs to explain the improvement work
- Conduct picture surveys to identify resident needs and preferences
- Communicate with residents throughout the works programme to ensure they are informed and engaged
- Act as a liaison between residents and the Site/Project Manager to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer is essential
- Basic IT knowledge and good communication, leadership, and people skills are required
