About the RoleWe're seeking highly motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our growing team as Digital Account Executives. As a Digital Account Executive, you will identify, develop, and close deals with new and existing customers, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals through the strategic implementation of Salesforce's Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce's Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud solutions, and educate the broader Account team on all Salesforce Digital capabilities.
- Own the sales cycle for Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud solutions, including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure.
- Create and drive revenue within a specified list of accounts.
- Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers.
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
- Passion for selling transformative software or technology solutions to C-level executives.
- Experience in software or technology sales, account management, and software sales in organizations with over 500 employees.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
- Consistent track record of sales excellence working as an Individual Contributor and working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
