Salary Information:

The salary for this position is between £38,890 and £44,503 per annum, dependent on experience. This competitive salary reflects the trust's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of pediatric palliative care.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse for Children's Community Healthcare to join our team in Birmingham. As a Pediatric Palliative Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing holistic nursing services to children with life-limiting conditions and those in the terminal phase of their lives, alongside the Community Children's Nursing (CCN) team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing ongoing nursing support to children and families, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Acting independently and making informed decisions based on BCHC Policy, procedures, and guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

- A relevant nursing qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
