Job Duties:

The Behaviour Support Specialist will work closely with students to provide support in managing challenging behaviours, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Duties include implementing behaviour management strategies, assisting in the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans, and supporting students in their social and emotional development.

Required Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field

Experience working with children or young people with behavioural difficulties

Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies

Education:

A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field

Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
