Behaviour Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit in Trafford. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioural needs of secondary-aged pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic support to pupils with SEMH needs, promoting engagement and progress.
  • Manage minor disruptions in line with the unit's behaviour policies.
  • Offer detailed and knowledgeable feedback on specific pupils, contributing to their re-integration into mainstream school.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEMH and SEN pupils.
  • Ability to work closely with pupils, teachers, and other support staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate of £83.85+ through PAYE.
  • A full-time role Monday-Friday, paid on a timesheet basis.
