We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to provide solution-focused counselling services to adult carers in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver up to 4 sessions of weekly counselling to adult carers.
- Work to the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for carers to discuss their concerns.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Professional Counselling Training Course accredited with a relevant professional body.
- Current membership of a recognised professional counselling organisation.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Registration with HMRC as being self-employed.
Working Arrangements:
- Up to 4 x 50 minute sessions per week, covering weekday daytime and possibly early evening.
- £25 per hour on a self-employed basis.
