Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage contract performance, work closely with key partners, and develop and manage internal and external networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract performance and ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies and policies
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of child and adult safeguarding processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Experience of working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services
  • Ability to work flexibly, with a willingness to travel and attend meetings as required
