Sales Development Representative

Monstera Talent Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse sales methods, including door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn various sales techniques and strategies
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and generating leads
- Shadow seasoned sales representatives to understand customer interactions and relationship-building
- Support in forecasting sales and evaluating the effectiveness of different sales approaches
- Participate in meetings, events, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales progress
- Contribute to expanding and maintaining the client database within the assigned territory
- Gain hands-on experience in diverse sales methods
- Develop strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understand customer needs and learn how to build and maintain long-lasting relationships
