About the Role:
Are you passionate about swimming and teaching others? We are seeking a qualified Swimming Instructor to join our team at Leys Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
* Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
* Hold a valid STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification
* Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
