Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that emphasizes the quality of the process before, during, and after the interview.
* Create training modules for faculty interviewers to ensure the interviews are valid and reliable.
* Collaborate with admissions committee members and the Associate Dean to develop and implement a standard process for personal interviews.
* Provide leadership and support in the implementation of the recruitment plan and oversee key recruitment strategies.
* Supervise employees and provide guidance on recruitment programs, management, and operations.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in adult education, business management, psychology, communications, education, or related field.
* 5 years of experience in admissions, student counseling/advising, student recruiting, public relations, and/or program coordination with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and accountability.
* Familiarity with recruiting policies and procedures, marketing and promotional practices.
