Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Act as a person in charge, standing in for the Manager where required, and ensure the effective running of the care home.
  • Care Delivery: Provide high standards of care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and management of chronic medical conditions.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and motivate colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and continuous improvement within the service.
  • Resident Safety and Dignity: Champion residents' safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement within the service.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to the care and well-being of service users.

Requirements:

  • Clinical Expertise: Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
  • Quality Focus: Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.
