About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Help Support Worker to join our team at Northumberland County Council. As a key member of our Early Help First Contact Team, you will play a vital role in providing support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive referrals and gather information to identify the needs of families and children
  • Signpost to services and make recommendations for intervention
  • Offer short-term telephone support to families and hold virtual sessions on specific topics
