We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in CV5.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, complex care, and challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with disabilities, including those with profound and complex needs, using person-centred approaches.
- Providing emotional and practical support, including medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
- Assisting individuals to access community facilities and participate in community groups.
- Building robust relationships with individuals to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Empowering individuals to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
