Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in CV5. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

About the Role:
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to enable individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
  • Support individuals to access community facilities and participate in community groups.
  • Build strong relationships with individuals to promote independence and improve quality of life.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the care industry, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate and able to use electronic care planning systems.
  • Full UK driving license required.
