Join Our Team as a Clinical Research Statistician

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Statistician to join our dynamic team at the University of Nottingham. As a key member of our Clinical Trials Unit, you will play a crucial role in designing, conducting, and analyzing clinical trials that will make a significant impact on healthcare outcomes.

About the Role

We are a rapidly growing UK Clinical Research Collaboration registered Clinical Trials Unit based in the School of Medicine at the University of Nottingham. Our mission is to conduct high-quality, high-impact multicentre clinical trials across a range of health areas, improving health outcomes.

As a Clinical Research Statistician, you will contribute to trial design, conduct, analysis, and dissemination as a valued member of multidisciplinary trial teams. You will also have the opportunity to develop your research interests, contribute to trials methodology research, and participate in the development and delivery of 'research methods' training courses offered by NCTU.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Research Statistician with a strong background in medical statistics and experience in clinical trial design, conduct, and analysis. You should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Working Arrangements

The post is available on a fixed-term contract for a period of 24 months. We are open to full-time or part-time applications, with a minimum of 29 hours per week. The role can be fully office-based or open to a hybrid working model with a blended approach of home and office working.
