Join Our Team as a Clinical Research Statistician

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Statistician to join our dynamic team at the University of Nottingham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the design, conduct, analysis, and dissemination of clinical trials that will make a significant impact on healthcare outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing UK Clinical Research Collaboration registered Clinical Trials Unit. You will have the chance to develop your research interests, contribute to trials methodology research, and participate in the development and delivery of research methods training courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to trial design, conduct, analysis, and dissemination as a valued member of multidisciplinary trial teams.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in statistical analysis and methodology.
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality clinical trials.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of research methods training courses.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Statistician with a strong background in statistical analysis and methodology. You should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, 30 days annual leave, and a range of benefits, including discounted membership to the university's sports facilities and extensive training opportunities. The post is available on a fixed-term contract for 24 months, with the option to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
