About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Apprentice at Toolstation. As a Store Apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, supporting our sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, promoting products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Assist with receiving and processing stock, including checking deliveries and stocking shelves.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of attendance.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture.
