About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Apprentice at Toolstation. As a Store Apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, supporting our sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and promoting our products to customers.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives, including maintaining high standards of customer service, sales, and store appearance.
