Job Description

The Senior Legal Counsel will play a crucial role in supporting the business by providing timely and proactive legal advice on a wide range of commercial legal matters. This includes telecommunications law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, marketing, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal advice on complex issues to support senior management in decision-making.
  • Lead negotiations, drafting, and review of key commercial contracts with vendors, partners, service providers, and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal and strategic issues.
  • Help transform the legal function by streamlining standard contracts and developing new templates, playbooks, and processes.
  • Coordinate and conduct dispute resolution matters, liaising with senior management, the legal department, and external advisors.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £95,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
