Job Description: We are seeking an experienced In-House Commercial Solicitor to join our client's team in London. As a key member of the legal team, you will provide expert advice on commercial contracts, intellectual property, and legislation affecting the business. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice on commercial contracts, intellectual property, and relevant legislation;
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising upon the interpretation of contracts;
- Leading negotiations opposite partners and senior associates from City law firms;
Requirements:
- At least 2 years PQE experience in commercial and construction law;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
