Are you a seasoned site management professional with a passion for large-scale 3PL operations?

GXO Logistics is seeking a Campus General Manager to oversee two 750,000 sq ft buildings at our site in Newark. As a key member of our team, you will lead the site to success, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site leadership team to ensure consistent KPI performance
  • Liaise with customers to build strong relationships and define shared goals
  • Lead change management initiatives, focusing on CI, innovation, and automation implementation
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the 1.5 million sq ft campus

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Site Manager in a large-scale 3PL operation
  • Strong financial acumen, with accountability for a multi-million-pound budget
  • Knowledge of operational flow, including warehouse automation and implementation
  • Customer-facing experience, with a focus on driving change and implementing a CI culture
