Account Manager

Join our team as an Account Manager at Kairos Recruitment Group, where you will be responsible for managing creative projects from brief to production to launch. As a key point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional service and ensure that projects exceed client expectations on time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creative projects from brief to production to launch
  • Provide exceptional service to clients as the main point of contact
  • Deal with client queries and project manage projects from brief to production to launch
  • Book out adequate time for design and photography projects and work with the Traffic Manager to ensure this
  • Liaise with internal production departments on a daily basis, overseeing their projects and providing accurate quotations for packaging and commercial printing
  • Create creative written briefs
  • Advise on and shape client briefs, cardboard engineering and organise mock ups in support of client requests, estimating, booking in jobs, agreeing and managing critical paths
  • Assist company Directors with sales relationships

Requirements:

  • Preferably from the Packaging Industry
  • Ability to draft up a creative brief from information provided
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience of print process would be preferable
  • Excellent organisational, written, spoken and time management skills
  • Experience of using Tharstern MIS or similar systems
