Job Description

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join their team in Warwick. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management in a construction and/or operational environment, including warranty management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Shape the commercial contracting strategy for our client's interconnectors business.
  2. Act as the key commercial contact for the HVDC Engineering Team, providing support and best practices in Contract Management.
  3. Support the development of contract management maturity and improvement across the supply chain.
    • Manage the business budget, including risk and contingencies across projects.
    • Serve as the lead commercial representative on spot tenders or framework awards for HVDC Engineering.
    • Ensure contract compliance and provide assurance and training to the HVDC Engineering team.
    • Provide quality assurance of contracts and deliver cost evaluation pre-contract.
    • Provide support and data to the HVDC Engineering Team for board and regulatory reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Strong commercial acumen and supply chain management skills.
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  3. Understanding or appreciation of FastDraft and/or other contract management systems.

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Adecco offers flexibility in working patterns and a supportive environment for employees to grow their careers.
