Job Overview

This role is a critical part of our Transmission Network Control Centre (TNCC) team, working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. As a Contract Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive contract management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage licensed and unlicensed operational and digital service/support contracts related to TNCC control room activities.
  • Develop and manage Network Operations related contracts, ensuring they align with standards and are fit for purpose.
  • Provide contract expertise, managing contract-related finances and leading on aggregating regular interaction with business leads, customers, stakeholders, and vendor/supplier contractors.
  • Drive compliance and continuous improvements against agreed KPIs, working collaboratively across the business to achieve safe and cost-effective contract delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in contract development, agreement, and management, ideally within the electricity industry.
  • Good commercial acumen, including procurement and supply chain knowledge.
  • Ability to bring creative and innovative approaches to the business.
  • Excellent IT skills with proven competency in Word, Excel, PowerBi, and other relevant tools.
