About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Worker to work with a dedicated team, providing high-quality support to children and families in need. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience in child protection and family support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and intervention services to children and families in need
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to support children and families
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk assessments to identify the needs of children and families
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and other professionals
Requirements
  • Hold a Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Full UK Driver's Licence
  • Post-qualifying experience in social work
  • Degree/equivalent in Social Work
