About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Worker. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients experiencing problems with substance use, domestic abuse, criminal exploitation, and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients with issues around alcohol and substance use, delivering a range of psychosocial interventions to help clients reach their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues easily.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to manage a caseload effectively.
  • Resilience in the face of challenges and crisis situations.
  • Passion for helping others and drive to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Flexibility in approach to meet clients' needs.
