Case Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team at Blu Tech Consulting Ltd. As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing problems with substance use, domestic abuse, criminal exploitation, and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with issues around alcohol and substance use, delivering a range of psychosocial interventions to help clients reach their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure seamless support and coordination.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in the field.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges and crisis situations.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of clients.
