Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Kenect Professional. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer and supplier accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and other financial reports as required.
  • Oversee the processing of company expenses and supplier payments.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAGE.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
