Job Description: Mental Health Worker

We are recruiting for a skilled Mental Health Worker to join our busy supported living service in Mansfield. As a key member of our team, you will support adults with a variety of physical and mental health conditions, as well as learning difficulties. Your primary focus will be on promoting independence and engaging individuals in activities that enhance their quality of life.

About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include helping with daily chores, administering medication, accompanying individuals to appointments, and taking them out for leisure activities. You will also be required to promote independence and engage in some outreach work. If you are a dedicated and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
