Job Overview

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Staff member at Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative hospitality venue, with the chance to work at matchdays and non-matchday events.

As a Hospitality Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling and preparing drinks, and working as part of a team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm welcome for all guests
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with answering questions and making recommendations regarding food and beverage options
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field
