Role Responsibilities
  • Handle, prepare, and serve a range of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Welcome guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Package Description
