About the Role

Axiom seeks a strong operations professional to join our Revenue Operations team. This Manager-level role will focus on providing operational and analytical support to our Marketing and Business Development (BDR) teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analyses of marketing and BDR performance, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive level reporting for monthly and quarterly leadership meetings.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns and events, including email lists, workflows, and Salesforce campaigns, ensuring seamless operation and attribution of results.
  • Support and optimize marketing technology infrastructure, including HubSpot and Salesforce, to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Marketing and BDR.
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and BDR and other teams to ensure alignment on marketing and business development strategies, campaigns goals, and data management.
  • Conduct regular audits and update key data sources for accurate tracking and reporting of marketing and BDR performance metrics, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Manage process of delivering qualified leads from Marketing to Sales/BDR, confirming systems work effectively to enable proper routing, working with Commercial/BDR management to ensure leads are appropriately followed up/actioned, and identifying trends in terms of lead quality/conversion by channel/time period.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 to 6 years of experience in a quantitative role such as Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, data analytics or business intelligence, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an understanding of operational metrics and KPIs.

We offer a competitive salary, annual bonus, and pension plan. The role is based in Northern Ireland and requires the candidate to be legally eligible to work in the country.
