- NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, preferably in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and its mission to empower customers.
- Ability to adapt style to different customers with varying needs.
